摘  要:目的:研究SAHA对乳腺癌雌激素受体阳性细胞系MCF-7细胞侵袭力的影响。方法:采用细胞增殖实验、细胞划痕、Transwell细胞侵袭力测定等实验从形态学角度观察SAHA对MCF-7细胞侵袭力的影响。结果:与Leptin处理组相比,SAHA明显抑制了MCF-7细胞内DNA复制能力,并限制了其游走性。Transwell实验也证实SAHA处理后的细胞侵袭性较对照组细胞明显减弱,细胞状态较差,呈星状和针刺样。结论:SAHA抑制了乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的侵袭力。Objective:To investigate the effect of SAHA on cell invasion of breast cancer cell line MCF-7.Method:Cell proliferation assays,cell scratching and Transwell assay were used to observe the effects of SAHA on cell invasion of MCF-7 cells.Results:Compared with Leptin treatment,SAHA significantly inhibited the DNA replication in the MCF-7 cells,and limited the ability of cell migration.Transwell array also confirmed that,after SAHA treatment,the cell invasion of MCF-7 cells was significantly weakened compared with control cells.The status of cell was poor,with star-shaped and needle-like bulges.Conclusion:SAHA inhibits cell invasion of breast cancer cell line MCF-7.
