摘 要:由于加工和装配的因素,单级刚度周向短弹簧双质量飞轮中存在空转角,飞轮转过空转角时会引起弹性元件与飞轮间的冲击问题。在初级飞轮与次级飞轮间引入摩擦轴承块,可通过在轴向方向施加预紧力产生摩擦力矩,以缓解双质量飞轮转过空转角时,弹簧座与次级飞轮间的冲击。考虑摩擦轴承块的轴向预紧力产生的轴向摩擦力矩作用和减振弹簧含间隙变化刚度特性,建立搭载双质量飞轮汽车动力传动系扭振模型和系统非线性振动微分方程,采用平均法进行推导得到系统非线性频率特性近似解析解,分析输入激励和双质量飞轮参数等对系统非线性特性的影响,研究内容对建立符实的双质量飞轮动态特性分析模型和进一步提高双质量飞轮的减振性能提供了理论基础。For a circumferential short spring dual mass flywheel(DMF)with single-stage stiffness,there is a certain empty angle between the primary flywheel and secondary flywheel for machining and assembly reasons.When the flywheel turns across the empty angle,the shock between the elastic element and flywheel may occur.By introducing a friction bearing block into the DMF located between the primary flywheel and secondary flywheel,and loading an axial pre-tightening force to produce friction torque,the shock between the spring seats and secondary flywheel caused by the empty angle can be released.Considering the friction torque and the piecewise stiffness owing to the clearance of the damping spring in the DMF,the torsional vibration model of the vehicle powertrain system equipped with the DMF and the corresponding nonlinear differential equations were established.The average method was applied in the derivation of the approximate solution of the system nonlinear frequency characteristics,and the influence of the input harmonic incentive amplitude and DMF parameters on the system nonlinear characteristics was analyzed.The study provides a theoretical basis for establishing the dynamic characteristics analysis model of the DMF which is fairly close to actual state and improving the vibration reduction performance of the DMF.
