摘 要:用磷酸氢二铵掩蔽镁离子,用三乙醇胺掩蔽铝和铁杂质,用氨-氯化铵缓冲溶液调节试液的p H至10,以紫脲酸铵作指示剂,以EDTA标准溶液滴定含硫酸镁的镀镍液中镍的含量。然后在不加磷酸氢二铵的情况下,再按上述方法滴定镍和镁的总量,从中减去镍的含量便得出镁的含量。该法测定镍和镁的相对平均偏差分别为0.11%和0.42%,回收率分别为99.50%和98.58%。The magnesium ions in nickel electroplating bath are masked by diammonium hydrogen phosphate,and the aluminum and iron impurities are masked by triethanolamine.The nickel ions are titrated by EDTA standard solution with murexide as indicator at pH=10adjusted using ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution.The total content of nickel and magnesium ions is determined by the above method in the absence of diammonium hydrogen phosphate.The content of magnesium is calculated by subtracting the content of nickel from the total content of nickel and magnesium.The average relative deviation and recovery are0.11%and99.50%respectively for determining nickel,and0.42%and98.5%respectively for determining magnesium.
