摘 要:汽车漆膜的长波(L_w)往往小于短波(S_w),且一般要求L_w是S_w的1/3~1/2。L_w与S_w接近甚至更大的情况被称为"长短波倒置",会严重影响视觉效果。为解决某主机厂喷涂部分颜色时出现的长短波倒置问题,以"素色白"为例,通过现场试验和批量生产,发现提高中涂膜厚、中涂漆增加消光剂、适当提高清漆膜厚、适当延长清漆流平时间等措施可有效解决问题。The long wave(Lw)of automobile coating is supposed to be smaller than the short wave(Sw)and normally1/2-1/3of the latter.If Lw is close to or even higher than Sw,commonly called as the disproportionality of long wave and short wave,the visual effect will be affected greatly.Aiming to solve this problem occurred during painting some colors in an automobile manufacturer,some measures were determined through on-site test and massive production with a"crisp-white"paint as example.It was found that the problem can be effectively solved by increasing the thickness of midcoat,adding flatting agent to midcoat,as well as increasing the thickness and leveling time of varnish properly.
