蜂胶液在Ⅱ期压疮治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察蜂胶液、利福平粉剂及灭菌凡士林纱布外敷治疗Ⅱ期压疮的临床疗效。方法:将Ⅱ期压疮患者76例随机分为3组,蜂胶液组26例,利福平组25例,凡士林组25例,3组创面均用35~36℃生理盐水冲洗,创面周围皮肤常规消毒后分别外涂蜂胶液、利福平粉及灭菌凡士林纱布湿敷,以患者创面完全愈合为观察截止时间,对2组治疗效果及换药时疼痛评分、创面愈合时间进行比较。结果:蜂胶液组有效率为92.3%,高于其他2组(P<0.01)。蜂胶液组疼痛评分为(0.56±1.54)分,低于其他2组(P<0.01);治愈时间为(11.38±8.21)天,短于其他2组(P<0.01)。结论:蜂胶液治疗Ⅱ期压疮疗效优于利福平及凡士林,而且换药时疼痛评分低。Objective:To observe clinical effects of propolis liquid,rifampin powder and sterilized petrolatum gauze for external use in treating pressure sore at stageⅡ.Methods:All76patients were randomzed into three groups:26cases of propolis liquid group,25cases of rifampin group and25cases of petrolatum group,the wounds of three groups were flushed with physiological saline from35to36degrees celsius,the surrounding skin of the wound were applied with propolis liquid,rifampin powder and sterilized petrolatum gauze soaking after conventional sterilization respectively,wound complete healing of the patients was chosen as observation cut-off time,wound healing time,pain scores when changing the dressing,therapeutic effects of both groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of propolis liquid group was92.3%,higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.01);pain scores were(0.56±1.54)points,lower than these of the other two groups(P<0.01);healing time was(11.38±8.21)days,shorter than that of the other two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Propolis liquid is effective in treating pressure sore at stageⅡcompared with rifampin and petrol latum,with low pain scores when chaning the dressings.
