强肝软坚汤加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎机制研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨强肝软坚汤加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用机制。方法:将溃疡性结肠炎患者98例根据随机抽签方法分为治疗组与对照组各49例,对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,治疗组给予强肝软坚汤加味治疗,治疗8周后观察2组患者临床疗效、中医症状评分及血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、补体C3、白介素细胞8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的含量变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为98.0%,对照组为85.7%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后腹痛与腹胀症状评分均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清IgG与补体C3水平均上升(P<0.05),治疗组上升水平高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清IL-8与TNF-α含量均降低(P<0.05),治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:强肝软坚汤加味能有效缓解溃疡性结肠炎患者症状,其作用机制可能与提高患者机体免疫功能及抑制炎症因子的释放有关。Objective:To discuss the mechanism of modified liver-strengthening mass-softening decoction in treating ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:All98UC patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group according to random drawing lots method,the control group was treated by salazosulfapyridine(SASP)and the treatment group by modified liver-strengthening mass-softening decoction,the contents of IL-8,TNF-α,complement C3and IgG in the serum,TCM symptom scales and clinical effects were observed after treating for eight weeks.Results:Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were98.0%and85.7%respectively,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scales of abdominal pain and abdominal distension of both groups decreased notably after treating(P<0.05),the decrease of the treatment group was more notable(P<0.05).The levels of IgG and complement C3raised in both groups after treating(P<0.05),the treatment group was higher than the control group in the rising level(P<0.05).The contents of IL-8and TNF-αdecreased in both groups after treating,and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified liver-strengthening mass-softening decoction in treating UC could mitigate the symptomseffectively,and its mechanism might be related to raising the immunologic function of human body and inhibiting the release of the cytokines.
