近现代针灸名家郁证医案撷萃

摘　　要：目的:归纳总结10位近现代已故针灸名家诊治郁证的方法以裨益临床。方法:选取10位近现代已故针灸名家,对其生前诊治郁证医案进行搜集整理。结果:近现代已故针灸名家按照生年依次为王乐亭,杨永璇,夏寿人,彭静山,邵经明,郑魁山,程莘农,师怀堂,于书庄,贺普仁,共25则医案。结论:10位针灸名家诊治郁证注重疏调情志,畅达神志,重视培补后天脾胃,健固中焦之气,知犯何逆,随证治之,并且内关穴运用较为普遍。Objective:To conclude and summarize ten late acupuncturists's diagnostic and therapeutic methods of treating melancholia in modern times,therefore to benefit clinical work.Methods:Ten late famous acupuncturists in modern time were chosen,and their medical cases of diagnosing and treating melancholia were collected andorganized.Results:Ten late famous acupuncturists in modern time in proper order according to the year of birth were:Wang Leting,Yang Yongxuan,Xia Shouren,Peng Jingshan,Shao Jingming,Zheng Kuishan,Cheng Zinong,Shi Huaitang,Yu Shuzhuang and He Puren,and altogether25medical cases.Conclusion:Ten famous acupuncturistsdiagnosing and treating melancholia emphasize regulating the emotions and smoothing the spirits,the tonification of spleen-stomach,invigorating middle-energizer Qi and investigating the causes and how to get the disease,treating the disease along the syndromes,and using Neiguan(PC6)more commonly.
