规培医师在肿瘤内科因人施教方法探索研究

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是临床医师毕业后继续教育的重要组成部分,是我国医学教育改革的一项新举措。对承担规培的科室来说,如何对专业水平参差不齐的规培医师进行教育,圆满完成规培任务,是一项艰巨的任务。文章分析规培医师的实际情况,探索研究了因人施教的教学方法,提出进科个性调研、科中规范培训、出科严格考核的个体化培训原则,合理案例教学,学以致用;提高自身临床科研能力等教学措施。进一步提高医院规范化培训的临床教学与实践能力,培养出优秀医师,从而提高规培工作的质量与水平。Standardized training of resident doctors is an important part of continuing education after graduation.It is a new measure in the reform of medical education in China.It is a difficult task to undertake the training of the doctors who are in charge of the profession,and how to deal with the training of doctors at the professional level.Our department analysis of actual situation of physician compliance training,teaching method research of individualized,put in a personality survey,standardized training department,a rigorous assessment of the individual training principle;reasonable application;case teaching,promoting the familiar tumor knowledge,improve their ability of clinical research and teachingmeasures.To further improve the clinical teaching and practice ability of standardized training inhospital,to train excellent doctors,so as to promote the cons true tion and development of regulation work.
