摘　　要：以乌头属植物玉龙乌龙中分离得到的一个新的苯甲酰胺衍生物stapfianine B的核磁共振波谱(NMR)数据解析为例,讲授本科药学专业天然药物化学的结构研究章节。Stapfianine B结构中包含苯环、酰胺、酯键和酚羟基等常见基团,非常适合作为结构研究的授课内容。This paper describes the teaching of pharmaceutical undergraduates curriculum“medicinal chemistry of natural products”according to the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)analysis of stapfianine B,a new benzamide derivative isolated from Aconitum stapfianum.Stapfianine B possesses benzene,amide,ester and phenolic hydroxyl groups,and its NMR data are very suitable for NMR teaching.
