摘  要:高速铁路的开通运营对通道沿线的高速公路客运产生重要的冲击,部分公路客运站面临着关停的风险。为揭示高铁竞争下高速公路客运改善机理与运营对策,基于交通需求和交通供给2个层面,从旅客个体特征、出行需求、购票、到站、中转换乘、出行和离站多维视角全面科学地设计旅客出行选择行为实验,通过实测数据建立旅客乘车方式选择BL模型,研究高铁竞争下多维因素对旅客高速公路客运选择的影响,以此为依据提出高铁竞争下高速公路客运的运营管理策略。研究结果表明:网络购票、拥有私家车、到站时间、出行距离、票价、运行时间、安全性、舒适性和准时性是高铁竞争下影响高速巴士选择的显著性因素;通过优化客运班线、制定差异化票价、改善购票和进站服务通道、推动城市侧地铁与客运站的快速接驳等策略可提升高速公路客运竞争力。Opening and operation of high-speed rail have significant impacts on highway passenger transport,and parts of highway passenger stations are at the risk of shutting down.To reveal the improvement mechanism and operation strategy of highway passenger transport,the experiment of travel choice behavior was designed based on traffic demand and supply from multi-dimensional perspectives such as passengers'individual features,travel demands,tickets,access,transfer,travel and departure features.The binary logistic regression model for passengers'riding mode choice was established by the actual survey data.The influence of multidimensional factors was studied on the passengers'choice of highway passenger transport,which provided operation management strategy of highway passenger transport under the competition of high-speed rail.The results showed the significant factors affecting highway bus choice refer to online train ticketing service,car ownership,arrival time,travel distance,fare,running time,safety,comfort and punctuality.The competitive ability of highway passenger transport can be improved by optimizing bus route,differentiated fares,ticketing,inbound service channel,pushing the subway to connect the highway passenger station,etc.
