生血宁片对肿瘤放化疗白细胞减少症患者外周血Fas/FasL表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生血宁片对肿瘤放化疗白细胞减少症患者外周血Fas/FasL表达的影响。方法前瞻性选取106例放化疗白细胞减少症患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各53例。对照组给予鲨肝醇片和利可君片治疗,观察组给予生血宁片治疗。观察并记录两组临床疗效、治疗前后白细胞计数、血清免疫指标(IgA、IgE、IgG、IgM)、外周血Fas、FasL表达量变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组白细胞计数均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均明显升高(P<0.05),IgE水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组各指标水平变化幅度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组Fas、FasL表达量均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论生血宁片治疗肿瘤放化疗白细胞减少症能够有效提高白细胞水平,调节患者免疫功能,促进外周血Fas、FasL表达下调,不良反应发生风险小,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Shengxuening Tablets on the expression of Fas/FasL in the peripheral blood of patients with leuccytopenia induced by tumor chemotherapy.Methods 106 patients with leukorcytopenia induced by tumor chemotherapy were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 53 cases in each group,the control group was given the treatment of batilol tablets and leucogen tablets,the observation group received the treatment of Shengxuening tablets.The clinical efficacy,the changes of white blood cell count,serum immune indexes(IgA,IgE,IgG,IgM),the expressions of Fas and FasL in peripheral blood before and after the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and recorded.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the count of white blood cells in the two groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The level of IgE was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the level of each index in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expressions of Fas and FasL decreased significantly in the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengxuening tablets in the treatment of leuccytopenia induced by tumor chemotherapy can effectively improve the levels of white blood cells,modulate the immune function of the patient,promote the down regulation of the Fas and FasL expressions in peripheral blood,the risk of adverse reactions is small,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
