高职教育中“工匠精神”培养探析——以专业基础课教学为例

摘　　要：从"中国制造"到"中国精造",需要有"工匠精神",需要大批具有高素质高技能的人才。高职学生只有具备"工匠精神"才能成为国家未来建设的中坚力量,才能成为制造强国的主力军。文章从高职院校基础课教学的角度出发,探讨了如何将"工匠精神"的培养贯穿于高职教育的始终、渗透进育人的全过程,从6个方面探讨了培养高职学生"工匠精神"的路径。To achieve the goal of“Made in China”and“Refined Made in China”,high-quality talent equipped with excellent skills is needed.Only with the artisan spirit,can higher vocational school students become an important power in the future construction of the country.This paper,from perspective of basic teaching in higher vocational schools,puts forward methods of cultivating students'artisan spirit from six aspects,and discusses how to cultivate it throughout the higher vocational education.
