摘　　要：中美两国历史文化迥异,教育体制差异也很大。本文阐述中美两国在医学教育和医学生培养上的不同之处,取其精华弃其糟粕,以期对国内临床医学生的培养有所借鉴和启发。China and US,with unique history and culture independently,share huge difference in education system,especially in medical education,according to the author's own experience,who once worked in US medical school for several years.Such difference between the two countries in medical education was detailed demonstrated in this article,which may probably further benefit our domestic medical education in different ways.
