摘　　要：目的分析胃癌患者血清中E-钙黏蛋白和膜联蛋白A7水平及其与临床病理特征间的相关性。方法纳入该院肿瘤科收治的胃癌患者96例,收集同期在该院体检健康者60例作为对照组。检测两组研究对象血清E-钙黏蛋白和膜联蛋白A7水平;分析胃癌组患者血清E-钙黏蛋白和膜联蛋白A7水平与胃癌临床病理特征间的相关性;比较随访期间存活患者与死亡患者间血清E-钙黏蛋白和膜联蛋白A7表达。结果与对照组比较,胃癌组患者血清E-钙黏蛋白显著降低而膜联蛋白A7显著增高(P<0.01)。胃癌患者的年龄、性别以及胃癌的大小、位置对血清E-钙黏蛋白和膜联蛋白A7水平的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移的血清E-钙黏蛋白和膜联蛋白A7水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。1年期随访发现30例死亡,66例存活;死亡患者入院时血清E-钙黏蛋白水平明显低于存活患者,膜联蛋白A7水平显著高于存活患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胃癌患者血清E-钙黏蛋白水平明显降低而膜联蛋白A7水平明显增高,与胃癌的分化、临床分期及淋巴转移联系密切,对胃癌患者的预后有重要评价作用。Objective To analyze levels of serum E-cadherin and annexin A7in gastric cancer and the correlation with clinical pathological character.Methods96patients with gastric cancer were chose from tumor department of our hospital and60healthy cases were regarded as control group.Levels of serum E-cadherin and annexin A7of two groups were measured.Correlation between levels of serum E-cadherin and annexin A7with clinical pathological character of gastric cancer was investigated.Levels of serum E-cadherin and annexin A7were compared between survival group and death group.Results Compared to control group,level of serum E-cadherin in gastric cancer was remarkably descended and annexin A7was evidently elevated(P<0.01).Levels of serum E-cadherin and annexin A7were no significant correlation with age,sex,and size and location of tumor(P>0.05).And there were significant correlation with differentiation,TNM clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).30death and66survival were recorded by following by one year,level of serum E-cadherin of death group was obviously lower than those of survival group with statistical significance(P<0.01),while annexin A7was higher obviously.Conclusions The level of serum E-cadherin in gastric cancer is obviously decreased and annexin A7is remarkably increased,significantly related with differentiation,TNM clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer,which play an important role in evaluating prognosis of gastric cancer.
