摘  要:设计了一种高速采集和存储设备.该设备使用Vx Works操作系统,采用CPU+FPGA的框架模式和256G的存储硬盘.测试结果表明:该设备在"在线"工作模式,具备5MSPS的采样率,能够更加精准、实时地对车辆总线信息进行记录,并对车辆关键部位、部件进行实时状态监测;在"离线"工作模式,能够对存储的数据进行特征提取和深入分析.解决了信号采集速率低、记录数据慢和存储空间受限等问题.An information acquisition and storage device is designed in this paper.It uses VxWroks operating system and adopts the CPU+FPGA framework including a256GB storage hard disk in the hardware design.Test results show that the device can provide as high as5MSPS sampling rate,record bus information more accurately and timely,and detect the key parts and components of the panzers by high-speed sensors in the online working mode.Extraction and in-depth analysis of data features is made by replaying the stored data in the offline working mode.The device solves the problems of low signal acquisition rate,slow recording data speed and limited storage space.
