摘 要:利用解析法对新型摆动导杆式抽油机进行运动学分析,通过设置初始参数,得到悬点的位移、速度和加速度曲线。将新型摆动导杆式抽油机三维模型导入ADAMS软件中进行运动学仿真分析并加以验证。通过加速度对比分析,结果表明:摆动导杆式抽油机受到的惯性载荷比常规抽油机更小、更平缓,更符合抽油工程理论,能够降低抽油机能耗。In this paper,a kinematic analysis was put forward for the new oscillating-guide-bar(OGB)oil pump by using analytical method.Setting original parameters,the curve figures of displacement,velocity and acceleration of the suspension point were obtained.The paper leaded the three-dimensional(3D)model of OGB pump into ADAMS software to perform the kinematic simulationanalysis and verification.Through the comparison analysis of the accelerations,the result shows that OGB oil pump accepts smaller inertial load than traditional ones and operates smoother,which satisfies the oil extracting theories and reduces the cost of energy consumption of the pump.
