摘 要:在设计剪叉型升降平台时,通常基于虚位移法求解液压缸的推力,但是这种方法会延长设计周期。为此,基于ADAMS对剪叉型升降平台进行参数化建模,仿真之后得到液压缸的推力,并与虚位移法理论计算值进行对比,验证了模型的正确性。在此基础上,选择合适的设计变量并对其进行优化,以降低液压缸的推力为优化目标,进而得到新剪叉型升降平台的设计模型。通过测量并分析优化前后液压缸的推力和关键交接点的受力值变化情况,证实了优化之后新模型在力学性能上优于初始模型。Hydraulic cylinder thrust is usually calculated based on the method of virtual displacement in the process of designing a scissors lifting platform.However,this method may extent the design cycle of the product.In order to solve the problem mentioned above,this paper parametrically modeled the scissors lifting platform based on ADAMS.With the simulation result on the model,the hydraulic cylinder thrust has been obtained then compared with the calculated values based on virtual displacement method,so that the validity has been verified.On the basis of which,some design variables have been selected to be optimized in which the optimization objective is to reduce the thrust of hydraulic cylinder,hence a new design model of scissors lifting platform has been carried out.Comparing the hydraulic cylinder thrust and key-joint force before and after the optimization,the optimized model has been verified to be superior to the original model on mechanical performance.
