摘　　要：公民能力包括认知能力、政治能力、道德能力、创新能力、共享能力,公民能力的提升可以推进创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、共享发展。从我国社会主义转型期的背景看,提升公民能力,主要从完善公共教育、扩大政治参与、发扬社会美德、健全法律机制等几个方面来展开。Civic literacy includes cognitive ability,political ability,moral ability,innovation ability and sharing ability.The promotion of civic literacy can be achieved through the innovation development,coordinated development,green development,open development and sharing development.From the background of China's socialist transformation,to improve civil literacy,we should improve public education,expand political participation,carry forward social virtues and improve legal mechanisms.
