“水平”英译辨析

摘　　要：政论文注重理性,为了保证外国读者能准确理解文意,很多词汇是不能按照汉语的理解直接对等翻译的。如何对以"水平"为代表的此类词汇进行翻译,通过筛选、分析翻译实例,挖掘这类词汇翻译背后的影响因素,并总结出三种翻译策略以供借鉴。Political statesment is rational.In order to ensure the meaning understood by foreigners,lots of lexics can't be translated equally according to the Chinese.How to translate such kind of words as'level',through the analysis and some examples,some of the influence factors with background should be exploited and finally,the paper makes a summary of three translating strategies for this kind of words.
