摘　　要：教师誓词的生成一定程度上可决定教师宣誓制度推行的效果。对美国、新加坡、中国教师誓词进行了比较,分析了中国教师誓词存在的问题,提出了构建教师誓词的对策。To some degree,generation of teachers'oath determines the implemented effects of teachers'oath system.By comparison to the United States of America and Singapore,the paper makes an analysis of the existing problems of Chinese teachers'oath and puts forward some countermeasures to the construction:From teacher to teacher,based on China,all in the same standards,overall implement,conprehensive motion,returrn to occupation,based on states'basic condition,integration and utilization of international achievement.
