摘　　要：论文介绍了高校智库建设的角色定位,构建了智库服务和产品框架,围绕社会发展需求,提出新型智库发展战略,以期建设有效支撑经济发展的"智囊团"与"思想库"。This paper analyzes the roles of the university think tank,and builds the service and product framework.It puts forward the development strategy of the new think tank according to the development needs of the society,in order to build the“think tank”and“idea bank”that support the economic development efficiently.
