摘  要:为了检测子午线轮胎胎侧帘线断裂缺陷,提出一种基于穿线法的检测方法;对获得的轮胎X射线图像进行预处理,包括二值化、细化,预处理后的图像通过穿线法统计每列与帘线交点的个数,如果后一列交点个数与前一列不同,则对后一列每2条相邻帘线的间距进行判断;如果大于1.6倍的平均间距,则对2条帘线间的白色像素的个数进行统计,判断是否存在帘线断裂的情况。结果表明,本算法不仅可以准确检测出断线缺陷,而且能够排除帘线稀疏和杂质对帘线断裂缺陷检测的干扰。A method based on threading was proposed to detect the breakage of radial tire cord in radial tire.X-ray images obtained were preprocessed,which included binarization and thinning,and then counted the number of each column intersection with the cord by threading of the preprocessed image.If the number of a column was different from the previous one,then judged the distance of the every two adjacent wires from the next column.If the distance was1.6times greater than average spacing,then countd the number of white pixels between two wires to determine.The experimental results show that the algorithm can not only detect broken wire defects accurately,but also eliminate interference caused by sparse lines and impurities.
