摘 要:提出了一种基于边缘检测技术的水果分级方法.首先利用图像增强技术提高图像的对比度,并通过空域滤波使图像的模糊部分变得清晰.然后利用阈值处理方法进行图像预分割,并通过对比最终选取Canny算子对水果图像进行边缘特征的提取.最后通过大小、形状以及表面缺陷等特征值对果品进行相应的分级.仿真结果表明了本文方法的有效性及较高的准确率.In order to improve the competitiveness of fruits,it is very important to classify fruits effectively.Manual fruit grading is tedious and prone to subjective judgment.In this paper,a fruits grading algorithm based on edge detection technology is proposed.Firstly,image enhancement is used to improve the contrast of the image and spatial filtering is used to make the blurred part of the image clear.Then,the image is segmented by the threshold method and the fruit edge feature is extracted based on Canny algorithms.Finally,fruits are graded on the basis of their features such as size,shape and surface defect.The simulation results show that the proposed method is effective and that the accuracy rate is improved significantly.
