摘 要:运用文献资料法、深度访谈法、问卷调查法等,以传播效果理论及访谈内容文本分析为基础,构建我国中小学体育政策传播效果的致因模型。设计《学校体育政策传播效果致因调查表》对264名体育教师进行测量获得观察数据,并通过AMOS验证假设模型。以期得到学校体育政策传播效果的致因,为提高学校体育政策传播效果提供理论依据。结果表明:意见领袖、核心受众、传播内容、传播渠道、学校体育环境是学校体育政策传播效果的影响因素。其中体育工作管理者的作用尤为突出,他们是学校体育政策传播的重要中介,他们的政策认知、政策态度和政策行为直接影响体育教师对学校体育政策的理解、接纳和执行。By using the methods of literature review,in-depth interview,questionnaire survey and so on,based on the communication effect theory and interview content text analysis,this paper constructs the causal model of sports policy communication effect in primary and secondary schools in China.Designing"school sports policy transmission effect questionnaire"for264sports teachers to measure data,and run AMOS validation hypothesis model.The main purpose is to get the effect of school sports policy communication effect,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the school sports policy dissemination effect.The results show that opinion leaders,core audience,communication content,communication channels,school sports environment are the influencing factors of school sports policy communication effect.The role of the sports management work is particularly prominent,they are an important intermediary of school sports policy communication,their policy cognition,policy attitude and policy behavior directly affects the physical education teachers on the understanding,acceptance and implementation of school sports policy.
