摘  要:从重金属污染土壤中筛选出一株在酸性条件下对Pb(Ⅱ)有良好去除效果的芽孢杆菌Bacillus sp.(Z-y3),研究了其去除机理.结果发现:在酸性条件下,该菌能产碱,去除效果受环境p H影响较小且吸附迅速.通过XRD、SEM-EDS、FTIR、XPS等分析手段对该菌的吸附机理进行了研究,发现该菌株主要通过表面静电吸附、离子交换、产碱沉淀等方式,利用胞外蛋白多聚物、多糖的羟基和氨基结合重金属Pb(Ⅱ),并形成难溶晶体达到吸附重金属Pb(Ⅱ)的效果.该菌在较低酸性条件下对中低浓度的Pb(Ⅱ)有高效的去除效果,对铅污染土壤修复有一定的应用价值.Bacillus sp.named as Z-y3,which was isolated from heavy metal contaminated soil,had high efficiency of leadremoval capacity under acidic condition and its removal mechanism was studied.The results showed that this strain had goodremoval efficiency and was less affected by environmental pH condition.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electronmicroscope and energy dispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectronspectroscopy(XPS)were used to investigate the adsorption mechanism.It was found that the surface electrostaticadsorption,ion exchange,precipitation by producing alkali played a major role in removal of Pb(II).Pb(II)wasadsorbed by means of the combination of extracellular polymeric substances,polysaccharide hydroxyl and amidogen with Pb(II)and forming insoluble crystal.The strain Z-y3had higher removal efficiency for low and medium concentration of Pb(II)under wide acidity condition,and thus had a potential application value for the restoration of environmental Pb(II)pollution.
