摘　　要：近些年,随着新工业革命的进一步发展,全球一体化的深入,新经济进程的加速演化,在新的形势下,对新型人才提出了更高的要求,需要在教育教学工作中得到深化和贯彻。"新工科"概念的提出,给教育改革指明了一个新的发展方向,本文在"新工科"背景下,对工程能力创新型人才培养模式进行探究,对如何培养高素质高技能全面型、多学科多层面交叉型人才做了进一步地探讨,并依托学科融合、产教融合、科教融合,对新形势下高校的新工科人才培养体系提出了基本思路。In recent years,with the further development of the new industrial revolution,the deepening of global integration and the accelerated evolution of the new economy,higher requirements have been put forth on new talents in the new situation.In the education and teaching work Be deepened and implemented.The introduction of the concept of“new engineering”has pointed out a new development direction for education reform.Under the background of“new engineering”,this paper probes into the training mode of engineering ability innovative talents,and discusses how to cultivate high-quality,The multidimensional and interdisciplinary talents are further discussed.Based on the integration of disciplines,the integration of production and teaching,and the integration of science and education,the paper puts forward the basic train of thought for the new engineering personnel training system in universities under the new situation.
