术前服用阿司匹林的肺癌患者术后应用止血药物临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察术前服用阿司匹林的肺癌患者手术应用巴曲亭的止血效果。方法选择我院2015-2017年收治的术前服用阿司匹林的肺癌患者40例为研究对象,按照是否使用巴曲亭分为观察组(使用巴曲亭)和对照组(未使用巴曲亭),各20例。比较两组的术中出血量、切口止血时间、切口出血量、切口单位面积出血量、术后3天胸腔引流量及术前、术后1天凝血功能。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、切口止血时间、切口出血量及切口单位面积出血量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后1、2、3 d的胸腔引流量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术前及术后1 d的APTT、PT及Fib比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论巴曲亭应用于肺癌服用阿司匹林的肺癌手术患者手术中,止血效果明显,可减少术中出血量和胸腔引流量,患者恢复较快,安全性高。Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of batroxobin in surgery of patients with lung cancer taking aspirin before operation.Methods Forty patients with lung cancer taking aspirin before operation admitted inour hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group(using batchetin)and control group(without the use of batchetin)according to whether using batroxobin,with 20 cases in each group.The intraoperative blood loss,incision hemostasis time,incision bleeding volume,the bleeding volume of incision per unit area,thoracic drainage volume at 3 days after operation and coagulation function before and 1 day after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,incision hemostasis time,incision bleeding volume and the bleeding volume of incision per unit area in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The thoracic drainage volume at 1,2,3 days after operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in AP^,PT and Fib preoperative and postoperative 1 day between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Using batroxobin in surgery of patients with lung cancer taking aspirin before operation has obvious hemostatic effect,can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and chest drainage,and patients recover faster,with high safety.
