两种口腔纤维桩修复残根残冠的应用效果及对咀嚼功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究两种口腔纤维桩用于残根残冠修复的效果。方法选择在我院行残根残冠修复患者82例,根据不同口腔纤维材料分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用可塑纤维桩实施修复,观察组采用预成纤维桩实施修复,对比两组修复后效果。结果观察组修复成功率高于对照组,修复后咬合力、咀嚼效率优于对照组,修复后3个月患牙松动度Ⅲ度占比、半年内就诊次数及并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论残根残冠接受预成纤维桩修复能使咀嚼功能更有效改善,较可塑纤维桩修复效果更好。Objective To study the effects of two kinds of oral fiber in the restoration of residual roots and crowns.Methods Eighty-two patients with residual root and crown repair in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different oral fiber.The control group was repaired with plastic fiber post,and the observation group was repaired with prefabricated fiber post.The effects of repair between the two groups were compared.Results The repair success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the occlusal force after repair and chewing efficiency were better than those in the control group,the total incidence of complications,the proportion of dental loosening芋degree 3 months after repair,number of visits within 6 months were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prefabricated fiber post in the restoration of residual roots and crowns can effectively improve masticatory function,and the repair effect of the prefabricated fiber post is better than that of plastic fiber post
