摘　　要：首先论述微课对个性化学习的支持,在前期对学习者特征分析的基础上,充分利用微课对个性化学习的优势作用来设计课程微课资源,适应学生的个性化和差异化,达到增强学习兴趣和提高学习效率的效果;设计知识地图为框架的微课资源以及资源标签、历史问与答,达到提供资源、引导选择、提供帮助的目的,最终实现对个性化学习的支持。First of all,based on the analysis of learner characteristics in the early stage,the microlecture support for personalized learning is discussed.Make full use of the advantages of micro lecture for personalized learning to design curriculum microlecture resources,adapting to students'individuality and differentiation,to increase the interest and effi ciency of learning;Design knowledge maps as framework for microlecture resources as well as resource labels,the history of Q&A to get the purpose of providing resources,booting selection and providing help.Finally,the support for personalized learning is achieved
