摘　　要：目的针对规培生进行教学实践技能培训后,改善规培生的综合应用能力,以及对其临床应用效果进行分析。方法在本院2016年8月1日-2017年8月1日学习的规培生中随机挑选72名作为实验对象,将其分为两组,其中对比组36名规培生只采取常规的培训模式,实验组的36名规培生进行教学实践技能培训,包括技能、理论等相关知识的学习,最后对两组规培生的工作效率、操作成绩和理论得分进行比较。结果实验组规培生的工作效率、理论和操作评分均要高于对比组的医学生(P<0.05)。结论规培生通过教学实践技能培训后,能够使规培生的工作效率和工作能力得到提高,使规培生能够更好的为患者服务。Objective To improve the comprehensive application ability and the clinical application effect of the teaching practice skills training for the students.Methods From August 1,2016 to August 1,2017 in our college,72 regulation students were randomly selected as study objects,they were divided into two groups,the control group included 36 cases and was given normal mode of training,36 cases in the experimental group and was given teaching practice skills training,including skills,theoretical knowledge learning,finally,the working efficiency of the two sets of regulation students,operating results and theory were compared.Results The work efficiency,theory and operation score of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the training of teaching practice skills,the regulations can improve the working efficiency and working ability of the regulations,so that the trainees can better serve the patients.
