摘  要:目的探讨产前彩超检查对筛查及诊断胎儿结构畸形和染色体异常的价值。方法本次选取研究对象共为302例,均为本院2016年3月-2017年10月所接收的到本院接受彩超检查的孕妇中选出的,进行产前彩超检查。结果在对本次研究所选取的302例孕妇进行产前彩超检查后,发现有4例孕妇体内胎儿存在结构畸形。后经临床病理即分娩后证实,本次研究所选取的302例孕妇中共有4例孕妇体内胎儿存在结构畸形。产前使用彩超检查的检出符合率为100%。4例超声提示畸形胎儿分娩后染色体检查,证实3例为染色体异常,由此可知,产前使用彩超检查的检出符合率为75%(3/4)。结论在产前对孕妇进行彩超检查,这种检查方法对胎儿结构畸形与提示染色体异常的指标检出率较高,且敏感性强,具有较强的应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of prenatal color Doppler ultrasonography in screening and diagnosis of fetal structural malformation and chromosomal abnormalities.Methods A total of 302 selected subjects were selected from the pregnant women who received color Doppler ultrasound in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017.Results After the prenatal color Doppler ultrasound examination of 302 pregnant women selected in this study,4 pregnant women were found to have structural malformations in the fetus.After the clinical pathology after delivery,it was confirmed that 4 of the 302 pregnant women in this study had structural malformations in the pregnant women.The detection rate of prenatal color Doppler ultrasonography was 100%.4 cases of ultrasound showed abnormal chromosome examination after fetal delivery,and 3 cases were confirmed to be chromosomal abnormalities.It can be seen that the detection rate of prenatal use of color Doppler ultrasound examination was 75%(3/4).Conclusion Prenatal detection of color Doppler ultrasound for pregnant women is a high detection rate for fetal structural abnormalities and chromosomal abnormalities,and has strong sensitivity and strong application value.
