多巴丝肼结合普拉克索治疗帕金森疗效及不良反应临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多巴丝肼结合普拉克索治疗帕金森的疗效及不良反应。方法抽取我院2014年7月-2016年7月收治的80例帕金森患者,随机分为对照组(40例,单独采用多巴丝肼治疗)以及治疗组(40例,联合采用多巴丝肼以及普拉克索治疗),比较两组总有效率以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高达92.5%高于对照组77.5%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论帕金森患者联合采用多巴丝肼和普拉克索治疗可获得满意的治疗效果,而且并不会明显增加药物不良反应,值得推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect and adverse reactions of Dopamizide combined with pramipexole on Parkinson's disease.Methods Eighty Parkinson patients admitted from July 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases treated with Dopamizide alone)and the treatment group(40 cases treated with Dopamizide combined with Pramipexole),the total efficiency and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The treatment group,the total effective rate was 92.5%higher than the control group 77.5%(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with Parkinson's disease combined with Dopamizide combined with Pramipexole treatment can be satisfied with the treatment effect,and does not significantly increase the adverse drug reactions,it is worth promoting.
