摘 要:目的观察PBL教学方法与CBL教学法结合在重症监护室(ICU)护理规培带教中的效果。方法选择我院2016年9月—2017年3月及2017年3—9月护理规培学员各30人,按照培训先后分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组予以PBL与CBL相结合的方法,比较两组教学方法的效果。结果观察组在出科理论成绩、技能培训优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组规培护士在对我科教学方法的满意度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL与CBL相结合的教学方法能够提高规培护士的培训效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method nursing standardized training and teaching in intensive care unit.Methods 30 nursing trainees received in intensive care unit from September 2016 to March 2017 and 30 nursing trainees from March to September 2017 were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to time sequences.Nursing trainees in the control group were given traditional teaching method,and the observation group was given PBL combined with CBL teaching method.The examination results and operational performance and the students'satisfaction with the teaching model in two groups of nursing trainees were analyzed and compared.Results The theory examination scores,operational performance,satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching method,PBL combined with CBL teaching method can improving the training effect of training nurses.
