甘露聚糖肽灌注治疗恶性心包腔积液28例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心包置管引流并灌注甘露聚糖肽治疗恶性心包积液的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 28例恶性心包积液患者对患者进行心包腔内置管,引流尽心包积液后,给予心包腔内灌注甘露聚糖肽30mg,每周1次,完成1~2次为1个疗程,观察疗效及毒副反应。结果28例患者中,完全缓解12例,部分缓解13例,无效3例,有效率89.29%。结论心包腔置管引流并灌注甘露聚糖肽治疗恶性心包积液是一种有效、简便、毒副作用小的方法。Objective To investigate the short-term curative effect and toxicity of pericardial catheter drainage and perfusion of mannan peptide in the treatment of malignant pericardial effusion.Methods 28 cases of patients with malignant pericardial effusion underwent pericardial intubation and perfused with pericardial drainage of 30 mg mannan peptide peritoneally once a week for 1 or 2 times.The curative effect and side effect were observed.Results Of the 28 patients,12 cases were completely remission,13 cases were remission,3 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 89.29%.Conclusion Pericardial catheter drainage and perfusion of mannan peptide in the treatment of malignant pericardial effusion is effective,simple and has few side effects.
