摘　　要：高等学校的学生政治辅导员,是高等学校大学生思想政治教育队伍中的骨干力量。他们和大学生朝夕相处,时刻都在按照思想政治工作规律,对大学生进行思想政治教育,本文试图对高校辅导员思想政治教育工作进行探讨,旨在使这一工作更加科学化、增强实效。The political counselors for college students are the backbone force for the ideological and political education of college students.They are closely associated with college students,and have been implementing ideological and political education in accordance with the law of ideological and political work.This paper tries to discuss the ideological and political education work of college counselors in order to make this work more scientific and more effective.
