摘 要:采用DTNB直接法,对5种常见的禾本科作物小麦、高粱、玉米、大麦和水稻幼苗期不同器官的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力进行测定。结果表明,不同作物的不同器官GSH-Px活力不同,小麦、高粱和玉米根的GSH-Px活力较高,且小麦>高粱>玉米;大麦茎段的酶活力最高;水稻叶片的酶活力最高。各作物最高酶活力出现的时间不同,种子出芽后7 d,大麦茎段和水稻叶片的GSH-Px活力达到峰值,分别为80.50 U和45.17 U;高粱、玉米和小麦根系的GSH-Px活力分别在出芽后11、15、19 d达到峰值,酶活力分别为41.00、71.00、79.08 U。本研究可为禾本科作物源GSH-Px的开发利用提供参考。Using the DTNB method to determine the GSH-Px activity of 5 common gramineous crops(wheat,sorghum,maize,barley and rice)of different segments in the seedling stage.The results showed that the GSH-Px activity varied with different crops and different segments.The enzyme activity of the root of wheat,sorghum and maize were relatively higher,and wheat>sorghum>maize;the enzyme activity of stem in barley and the enzyme activity of leaf in rice were the highest.The time when the enzyme activity reaching the highest was different,the GSH-Px activity of the barley stem and the rice leaf reached the peak on 7th day after seed germination,and the peak values were 80.50 U and 45.17 U.The GSH-Px activity of the root of sorghum,maize and wheat reached the peak on the 11th,15th,19th day,and the peak values were 41.00 U,71.00 U and 79.08 U.This study can provide reference for the exploitation and utilization of GSH-Px from gramineous crops.
