摘 要:目的:评价新疆维吾尔族下颌第三磨牙近中水平阻生与下颌骨形态的相关性。方法:选取新疆乌鲁木齐市口腔医院正畸科符合纳入及排除标准的研究对象共219例。通过测量其Y轴角、下颌平面角(MP-FH)、下颌支长度(Co-Go)、下颌体长度(Go-Po')、下颌骨长度(Co-Po)、下颌支长度与下颌骨长度的比值(Co-Go/Co-Po)、下面高(ANS-Me)、下颌支宽度(W)几个变量,分析影响维吾尔族下颌第三磨牙近中水平阻生的影响因素。结果:阻生组的ANS-Me、MP-FH小于萌出组(P<0.05),Co-Go、W、Y轴角、Co-Go/Co-Po大于萌出组(P<0.05),其余变量不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:维吾尔族下颌第三磨牙近中水平阻生与下颌骨形态的W、ANS-Me具有相关性,其可以作为预测下颌第三磨牙近中阻生的危险变量。Objective To evaluate the correlation between the mesial impacted of the mandibular third molar and the morphology of mandible.Methods 219 subjects were selected for inclusion and exclusion criteria.By measuring the Y axis Angle,mandibular plane Angle(MP-FH)and mandibular length(Co-Go),the length of the mandible(Go-Po'),mandibular length(Co-Po),mandibular branch of the ratio of length and the mandibular length(Co-Go/Co-Po),high below(ANS-Me)and mandibular width(W)of several variables,analysis influence uygur mandibular third molar mesial level the influence factors of maxillary.Results In the group,ANS-Me and MP-FH were less than the cuteness group(P<0.05),and the Co-Go,W,Yaxis,Co-Go/Co-Po were larger were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The correlation of W and ANS-Me of the mesial impacted of mandibular third molar of the uyghur is correlated with the mandible,which can be used to predict the risk variables of the third molar of mandible.
