摘　　要：[目的/意义]内部创新与产学研合作创新是企业实现创新绩效目标的有效方式,探讨两者的关系对优化资源配置、促进创新具有重要意义。[方法/过程]从协同学视角分析企业内部自主创新与产学研合作创新的协同发展关系,构建基于序参量的复合系统协同发展模型,运用2010-2016年相关数据对29个省市的企业创新系统协同发展进行了实证研究,针对协同演变趋势存在差异的三个典型省市进行了具体分析。[结果/结论]计算得到29个省市企业各年的内部创新与产学研合作创新协同度,找出协同演变趋势存在差异的原因,为企业有效把握创新协同度、提高创新绩效提供思路。[Purpose/Significance]Internal innovation and industry-university-research(IUR)cooperation innovation are the effective ways to achieve the goal of enterprise innovation performance.Exploring the relationship between the two is of great significance to optimize the allocation of resources and promote innovation.[Method/Process]This paper analyzes the synergistic development relationship of internal innovation within the enterprise and IUR cooperation from the perspective of synergistic theory,and constructs the synergistic development model of compound system based on order parameter.Based on the relevant data from 2010 to 2016,an empirical research on the synergistic development of innovation system of 29 provinces and cities was carried out,and the three typical provinces with different trend of synergistic evolution were analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]The enterprises'synergy degrees about internal innovation and IUR cooperation innovation of 29 provinces and cities were calculated,and the reasons for the different trends of synergistic evolution were identified.The results provide innovative thinking for effectively grasping the enterprise's innovation synergy degree and improving its innovation performance.
