论如何促进当代大学生对儒家诚信伦理文化的认同

摘　　要：诚信是中华民族的优良传统,是儒家伦理的重要体现,是社会主义核心价值观的重要组成部分。当代大学生是担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,大学时期正值大学生伦理道德培育的重要阶段,是世界观、价值观和人生观形成的重要时期。儒家诚信伦理是指导当代大学生思想意识、价值观念、为人处世的重要基础,是大学生安身立命、交友处世、立业发展的道德基石。面对复杂的社会,受着多元价值观的影响,当代大学生在学习、生活和就业等方面存在诚信问题,大学生应正确对待,深入挖掘儒家诚信伦理资源,营造校园诚信伦理文化的良好氛围,增强大学生对诚信伦理文化的认同,树立正确的的世界观、价值观和人生观,真正做到知行合一。Integrity is the fine tradition of Chinese nation and the important component of socialist core values,embodying the Confucian ethics importantly.The contemporary college students are the age inheritors to undertake the national rejuvenation,and the university period is the important stage when the ethic of undergraduates is cultivated and their world views,values and life views are formed.Confucian integrity and ethic are the important foundation to guide the ideology,values and individual behaviorism of contemporary college students,and the moral footstone for the undergraduate to live and work in peace,make friends and handle in society,start a career and seek for development.In the face of complex society,influenced by multiple values,contemporary college students lack integrity in the learning,life,employment,etc.,so they should treat it correctly,and deeply excavate the Confucian integrity and ethical resources to create a good atmosphere of integrity and ethical culture in campus,enhance undergraduates recognition on integrity and ethical culture,set up correct world view,value and life view,and achieve the unity of knowledge and action truly.
