完骨穴古今应用概况探析

摘　　要：完骨穴为项七针的主要穴位,首见于《黄帝内经》,后世古代医家多载该穴的理论和应用,将其运用于头面五官、内科等病证的治疗,现代完骨穴的应用在继承的基础上亦用于外科的治疗,拓展了临床应用范围。本研究主要通过挖掘古代文献、现代文献对完骨穴的临床应用做简要小结,同时从西医上阐释其解剖位置、治病机理,并指出其研究进展及不足。Point GB12 is the main acupoint of the seven neck acupoints,which were first seen in Yellow Emperor Cannon of Internal.Many later ancient generations recorded the theory and applications of this point,and applied it to the treatment of facial diseases and internal diseases;however,the modern applications of this point is also used for surgical diseases,which extend its clinical application ranges.This study summarized the clinical applications of point GB12 through sorting out the ancient literature and the modern literature,it also pointed out its anatomical location and action mechanism from western medicine point of view,and it elaborated its research progress and the insufficiency of the researches.
