摘　　要：组合性牙瘤是发生于颌骨内的牙源性肿瘤,常被认为是错构瘤,其特征为生长缓慢,无侵袭性。本文报道1例组合性牙瘤,应用锥形束CT术前诊断及评估,指导手术,取出牙样组织39枚,并结合相关文献对其发病机制、临床表现及诊断治疗方法进行了讨论。Odontoma is one of the most common odontogenic tumors in the jaws,and it is widely considered as tooth hamartomas.This article reports a rare compound odontoma with 39 denticles which was checked and diagnosed radically by CBCT,and relevant literatures are reviewed
