摘  要:目前市面上桌面型FDM 3D打印设备种类繁多,受到结构稳定性、熔融温度、环境温度等多重因素的综合影响,其打印精度差异明显。为了提高打印精度,对某一桌面型FDM 3D打印设备影响精度的相关缺陷进行了分析,并对设备的箱体结构、运动系统机械结构、运动控制部分等方面进行优化设计。对设备优化设计前后的打印件精度进行了对比分析,相关数据表明,改进后的设备打印精度得到显著提升,相关技术内容对提升FDM 3D打印机打印精度具有实际意义。There are many different kinds of desktop FDM 3D printing equipment on market now.Affected by combination of multiple factors,such as the structure stability、the melting temperature and the environmental temperature,the equipments are varied in printing precision.The paper analyzed the related factors which had bad effect on the desktop FDM 3D printing equipment printing precision,optimized the box structure,motor system mechanical structure,motion control system,collected experimental data which represent un-optimized or optimized desktop FDM 3D printing equipment printing precision.By comparison,the experimental data turn out that the optimized desktop FDM 3D printing equipment make great progress in printing precision.And the optimization design is of practical significance to promoting the printing precision of desktop FDM 3D printing equipment.
