摘 要:文章基于环境适配性的观点,探讨企业内外环境对企业创新绩效的影响机制。创造性地将企业创新氛围、变革型领导风格纳入企业创新组织软环境的概念中。实证结果表明:知识管理是企业创新组织软环境对创新绩效产生影响的中介因素;环境动态性调节了创新组织软环境通过知识管理对企业创新绩效产生影响的中介过程的后半部分,即对知识管理与创新绩效之间的关系具有调节作用。据此,建议管理者一方面需要提高企业对所处商业环境变动的预见性,另一方面,在组织内部需要重视组织创新氛围和变革型领导的作用,加强知识资本的培育,重视知识在企业内外部的流通和运用。Based on the perspective of environmental adaptation,the paper discusses the impact mechanism of corporate internal and external environment on innovation performance.The paper incorporates corporate innovation atmosphere and transformational leadership style into the concept of corporate organization innovation soft environment.The empirical results show that:Knowledge management is the mediating factor of the impact of corporate organization innovation soft environment on innovation performance;The dynamic environment moderates the second half of the mediating process of the impact of innovation organization soft environment on corporate innovation performance through knowledge management,which has a moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge management and innovation performance.Accordingly,the paper suggests that:On the one hand,the management needs to improve the predictability of corporate business environment change;On the other hand,the management needs to attach great importance to organizational innovation atmosphere and transformational leadership role in the organization,strengthen the cultivation of intellectual capital,and pay attention to the circulation and application of knowledge inside and outside of the enterprise.
