摘  要:采用二步法工艺,以碳酸钠和湿法磷酸为原料制备表面光滑、内部呈中空或蜂窝网状结构的颗粒三聚磷酸钠,研究了中和料浆比重、聚合反应温度、聚合升温速率等因素对三聚磷酸钠形貌结构的影响。结果表明:三聚磷酸钠空心程度越高,溶解速度越快。在中和料浆比重1.4 g/m L,聚合反应温度300℃,聚合升温速率3℃/min条件下,三聚磷酸钠微观形态较好。与传统三聚磷酸钠相比,溶解速度提升60%以上。Sodium tripolyphosphate(STPP)with smooth surface and hollow or honeycomb structure was prepared by two-step process using Na 2CO 3 and wet-process phosphoric aid(WPPA)as staring materials,the effects of the neutralizing material concentration,polymerization temperature and heating rate on the morphologies of sodium tripolyphosphate(STPP)were investigated.Results showed that with the increase of the degree of hollow STPP,the dissolution rate increased.It had better morphologic structure for STPP at the neutralizing material density of 1.4 g/mL,the polymerization temperature of 300℃and the heating rate of 3℃/min.Comparing with the traditional sodium tripolyphosphate,the dissolution rate was increased more than 60%.
