摘 要:探讨4种不同有氧运动处方对小学生形态、机能、身体素质及心理的影响,根据ACSM推荐的标准设计不同的运动处方,以班级为单位,对受试者进行为期8周的严格干预.结果显示:有2个处方对受试者身心发展产生了广泛而有效的影响作用,因而具有较高的推广价值;另2个处方中,实验结果虽然有失全面性,但其中不乏亮点,一个降脂作用突出,另一个对改善心、肺功能及提高运动素质效果明显,故该处方设计理念具有重要的参考价值.因此,小学生健身处方设计中,除了强调游戏的趣味性、竞赛性与多样性外,若能增加"负重"元素,则健身效果更为突出.To investigate impact of four different aerobic exercise prescription for the pupils Shape,function,physical fitness and psychological,different exercise prescription has been designed according to the ACSM recommended standard,and each class,which has been taken as a unit,has been divided into experimental and control groups before the experimental group being controlled strictly eight-week intervention.Results show that physical and mental of subjects obtained development of a wide range of effective impact in the two prescription,and thus has a high value of promotion;remaining two prescription experimental results beneath comprehensiveness,but many of them bright spot,a lipid-lowering plays a prominent role,and the other wonders to improve heart and lung function and improve athletic qualities,its prescription design concept has important reference value.It is concluded that the pupils fitness prescription design,in addition to emphasizing the interest of the game,competition and diversity,if we increase the“weight”elements,the fitness effect is more prominent;prescription Small B and D have the same design philosophy can not improve pupils'mental efficiency,the underlying cause needs to be further explored.
