摘 要:采用"中小学教师职业使命感问卷"(STVC)开展问卷调查,以揭示中小学教师职业使命感现状及特点.结果表明:(1)当前中小学教师的职业使命感整体处于中等偏上水平;(2)不同群体教师的职业使命感及各维度得分具有显著差异;(3)是否骨干教师、工作年限、学校类型及性别、是否班主任等变量依次对教师职业使命感产生不同程度的预测效应.In order to reveal the situations and characteristics of teachers vocational calling,a survey with the Scale of Teacher s Vocational Calling(STVC)was carried out.The results show that the vocational calling of teachers in primary and secondary schools is at the average level,and that there were significant differences among different groups.The variables such as whether backbone teachers or not,working years,school types,gender,whether teachers in charge or not,in turn,were differently to predict effect of vocational calling.
