摘 要:建立了马铃薯样品中啶酰菌胺的LC-MS/MS检测方法,采用该检测方法研究了啶酰菌胺在马铃薯中的最终残留,并对其慢性摄入风险进行评估。结果表明:检测方法的平均回收率在89.0%~97.0%之间,相对标准偏差在1.9%~7.0%之间,最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg。马铃薯中啶酰菌胺的最终残留量不高于0.212 mg/kg。啶酰菌胺在普通人群中的国家估计每日摄入量为1.455mg/(kg bw),慢性摄入风险在57.7%左右。其对一般人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险。A method for determination of boscalid residues in potato was established.In 2015,the residues tests of potato were carried out in Hunan,Shandong,Jiangsu,Beijing,Heilongjiang,Yunnan.And then the risk assessment for dietary residue intake in potato was studied based on the residue data.The results showed that the recoveries spiked in blank potato were ranged from 89.0%to 97.0%,with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 1.9%-7.0%.The limits of quantification(LOQ)were 0.01 mg/kg in potato.The final residues at harvest in potato were no more than 0.212 mg/kg.National estimates daily intake was 1.455 mg/(kg bw),which accounted for 57.7%of daily intake approximately,so the potential health risk induced by boscalid was not significant.
