摘  要:为有效测量高校安全氛围,建设平安校园,设计了高校安全氛围量表。结合高校特点,从大学生、管理部门、校园环境和执行部门4个角度,初步确定了高校安全氛围的测量指标;利用问卷调查了某高校大学生对其所在校园安全现状的认识,采用探索性因子分析法确定高校安全氛围维度,得到7个维度、25个高校安全氛围因子;应用结构方程模型(SEM)构建了安全氛围因子间的因果关系模型,根据模型检验得出该系统的结构方程模型拟合效果非常理想;将结构方程模型得到的指标权重融入到高校安全氛围量表,并运用于某高校的安全氛围测量,结果发现该校安全氛围总体状况不佳,需要及时改进。高校安全氛围量表有助于开展高校安全管理工作,提高校园安全水平。This paper designs a safety climate survey scale for colleges and universities to build safety campuses.Firstly,the paper determines the initial measurement indicators of safety climate by means of literature review and expert interviews,combining the characteristics of colleges and universities from four aspects of college students,management department,campus environment and implement department.Then,according to the indicators,the paper designs a questionnaire to survey college students’understanding of the safety situation in a college.The paper also uses the method of exploratory factor analysis to obtain 7 dimensions and 25 items factors of safety climate in the college.Next,the paper establishes a causal model among safety climate factor by structural equation model(SEM),and the test of the standard model of the system structure equation model fitting effect is very ideal.Finally,the paper integrates the weights of the indexes obtained from the SEM into the design of survey scale and applies them to the safety climate survey for the college.The results show that the overall situation of the safety climate in the college is poor and needs to be improved in time.The safety climate survey scale for colleges and universities is helpful for managers to carry out safety management and to improve the safety level of campuses.
