摘 要:如今针对肿瘤病人的治疗主要集中在手术切除、放疗、化疗或联合应用。有文献报导手术切除、放疗、抗血管生成剂治疗后长期的效果并不十分理想,甚至出现侵袭和转移增加的现象。近年来关于预转移微环境(pre-metastatic niche)的研究越来越深入,认为病人是否出现转移与预转移微环境的形成有关。缺氧及肿瘤细胞分泌因子(tumor-derived secreted factors,TDSFs)如基质金属蛋白酶(metalloproteinases,MMPs)和赖氨酰氧化酶(lysyl oxidase,LOX)在其中有重要作用,同时又与募集的骨髓源细胞(bone marrowderived cells,BMDCs)有关。本文就预转移微环境形成的影响因素和生物学意义进行综述。At present the treatment of tumor patients is mainly concentrated on surgical resection,radiotherapy,chemotherapy or combined application.It was reported the long-term effect of treatment including surgical resection,radiotherapy and antiangiogenic agent is not very satisfactory,and even increased invasion and metastasis appeared.In recent years,more and more studies were focused in pre-metastatic niche and it is believed that tumor metastasis is associated with the formation of pre-metastatic niche.Hypoxia and tumor-derived secreted factors(TDSFs)by tumor cells such as matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)and lysyl oxidase(LOX)play an important role during the formation of pre-metastatic niche,which is also associated with bone marrow-derived cells(BMDCs).This review outlines our current understanding of the influence factors and biological significance of the formation of pre-metastatic niche.
