摘　　要：闭环供应链信息共享平台的有效运行对于闭环供应链绩效有着重要的价值,通过对闭环供应链信息共享平台的价值和特征的探讨,提出了面向"互联网+"的闭环供应链信息共享平台商业模式的三个层次:数据跟踪服务、回收处理增值服务和全链条信息增值服务。在此基础上,提出了闭环供应链信息共享平台企业成长必须解决的关键问题:标准化、基础设施、大数据工程、数据安全和管理与流程变革。Effective operation of information sharing platform of the closed-loop supply chain has important value for the chain's performance.By discussions on the value and characteristics of the platform,this paper proposed a business model of three levels based on the Internet plus:data tracking service,recycle and process value-added service and whole-chain information value-added service.On the basis,this paper put forward the key problems of the information sharing platform:the standardization,the information infrastructure,the big data engineering,the data security and management,and the process change.
